We started our community acupuncture clinic 6 years ago and in our mission to deliver an amazing experience for our customers, we spent tons of time and money making sure our physical space was beautiful, our customer experience (from booking through check out) was seamless and that our team was well taken care of.  Taking care of ourselves and the business’s health became secondary priority.  With a SLAP that isn’t possible.  We are working on ways to keep our revenue and profit growth top of mind.
